Do I Have To Be Home When You Clean?

Only if you wish. In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean when they are away. All keys are given a code designation and secured when not in use.

How often do you clean?

We will clean as often is needed, which may mean daily, weekly, monthly or just once.

Do I pay for an estimate?

No, we do not charge for estimates. As part of your estimate, we will customize a cleaning plan and checklist of services that would fit your specific needs.

Can I get an estimate over the phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot ensure accuracy over the phone.

Do I have to sign a contract for your residential cleaning service?

You do not have to sign a long-term contract to use our recurring cleaning services. You can make changes to the service or cancel it anytime.

How much cost your house cleaning services?

Once we receive your request, we will get back to you with a quote based on a personalized cleaning program for your specific needs. Is going to be a fixed price based on your program. Extra services like cleaning outside windows or organizing closets and garages will be additional fee.

How long should I expect my house cleaning service to take?

We do not have a specific time because it varies from house to house and sometimes we need to stay a little longer to get it all done right.

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or supplies?

No. We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products and vacuums on the market to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless.If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.

How do I pay?

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued customers leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter, we also accept Venmo and Zelle as payment methods.
